An hour-long appointment with Dr Tom — includes all photos and x-rays, an examination, and a walk-through of every treatment option open to you. You'll leave with a written plan and a fixed quote. No obligation.
We'll send a short online health questionnaire by email — it takes about five minutes to complete and means we can spend the consultation focused on you, not on paperwork. If you've had previous orthodontic treatment or recent dental x-rays, please bring or forward those.
Your orthodontist examines your teeth, bite, and jaw alignment. We take photographs and a 3D scan where helpful — both are completely non-invasive. We then walk through what we've found, every option that could work for you, and what each option costs and how long it takes.
It's a fixed total fee for the full course of treatment — every adjustment appointment, every aligner refinement, every emergency visit, and your final retainers. There are no estimates that climb later. If your case changes, we discuss it with you first.
Following an initial deposit (from $1,500 on comprehensive cases), we offer interest-free fortnightly payment plans typically over 24 months. If another family member is in or has had comprehensive treatment with us, you receive a flat 5% sibling discount on whatever treatment you need. Terms apply: the discount can't be combined with other offers and is confirmed at your consultation. We provide a receipt for you to claim through your private health fund.
