We contact every referred patient within two business days to schedule a consultation. We send you a copy of the treatment plan, progress reports at the half-way mark, and a final discharge summary on completion. The patient is yours throughout — we handle the orthodontic care and return them to your routine dental care.
Dr Ethell is happy to discuss any case by phone before referral. For complex cases or shared care arrangements (orthognathic, multidisciplinary aesthetic work, periodontal coordination), we'll coordinate directly with you on the plan before commencing.
